Kebab Recipe Mix

MAKES 20

Indulge in the convenience and versatility of our Kebab Recipe Mix.

You will need

  • 1 kg Lamb or Chicken Mince
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 2 tbsp Roohts Kebab Recipe Mix
  • 1 small Onion, diced and then squeezed through a muslin cloth to remove excess water
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

OTHER

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 mins
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients except for Butter in a food processor and blend till mixed. Set aside for 2 hours.

Step 2: Stir in butter.

Step 3: Wet or grease your hands with oil and take roughly 2 - 3 tbsp of the mixture. Shape into a round meatball and then use your hands to squeeze onto the skewers.

Step 4: Heat oil in non stick pan. Once hot, add 4 - 5 Kebabs. Cook for 6 - 7 mins, turning midway.
