How to make Talbina

Recipe Idea (serves 1)

You will need:
• 2 tbsp Roohts Talbina Powder
• 250 ml Milk (or Water)
• 1 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)

Instructions:
STEP 1: Add Talbina Powder to a pan with Milk or Water. Simmer for 5 minutes and whisk regularly.
STEP 2: Pour into a bowl and drizzle in Honey.

Serving Suggestion
Add Spices such as ground Cinnamon and Cardamom and top with Date Syrup, dried Fruits and Nuts.

Delicious product, issue with packaging

Delicious and I eat it everyday topped with nuts and dates. However, there is an unnecessary use of packaging. Instead of delivering 5 mini packs, they should sell one large pack. Also just put the instructions on the bag itself instead of on a plastic lined card attached to the bag.

Fantastic

Very happy with the barley flour itself. I’ve noted great improvement in gut health and eczema inflammation alhamdulillah. My only criticism is that you don’t get much for your money. Barley is an important part of our diet and I fear most won’t have the ability to purchase on a regular basis due to the price. I’m on my first 200g bag of barley flour and it’s almost finished after less than a week.
