These healthy Chocolate Pistachio Yoghurt pots are a yummy treat that combines the richness of chocolate and pistachios with the creamy tang of yogurt. Whether you're looking to satisfy a sweet tooth or enjoy a guilt-free treat, chocolate yoghurt pots are easy to prepare, and can be topped with Nuts, Berries or Granola.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
Chocolate Pistachio Pots
- 145 Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Pistachio Paste
- 25g Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
Topping
- 20g Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp Pistachio Paste
- Chopped mixed Nuts, to garnish
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the Chocolate Pistachio Pots in a bowl till smooth and fully combined.
- Divide between 2 ramekins.
- Top with melted Chocolate.
- Add Pistachio Paste and swirl together.
- Top with chopped Nuts and serve.

Use Peanut or Almond Butter instead.
