Ingredients
1 cup TalbinaÂ
1 heaped tbsp Sugar (Brown or Granulated)
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Milk
Instructions
Combine Talbina, Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the Egg, Oil and Milk.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and whisk together.
Lightly grease ta pan with a little Oil or Ghee.
Once hot, add a small ladleful of batter. Cook on medium low for 1-2 mins per side. Continue with remaining batter, till it is all used up.
Optional Topping
Serve with Caramalised Bananas and melted Chocolate. To make the Bananas, slice 2 Banana and add them to a pot with 2 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar and simmer for a few minutes.
Variations
Add Chocolate Chips or Cocoa Powder for a Chocolate Pancakes.
