Make our Talbina Smoothie Bowl with Dates and Banana for the perfect healthy start to your day. This recipes is packed full of nutrients and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Talbina
- 3 Medjoul Dates
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 Banana
Instructions
Place all the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender and blend until smooth.
Variations
Add 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Sugar but this may not be necessary because the Dates and Banana are already sweet.
Add your favourite Spices such as Ground Cardamom.
Serving Suggestion
Serve for Breakfast or at Sehri during Ramadan.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 day.
