Talbina flavoured with Cinnamon and topped with Summer fruit and Tahini s is a delightful and nutritious way to start your day, combining the creamy comfort of warm grains with the vibrant flavours of Summer Berries.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 cup frozen Summer Berries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 - 3 tbsp Honey 180ml Milk
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 2.5 tbsp Talbina Powder
- 1 tbsp Tahini
Instructions
- Add Berries to a pan and squeeze in Lemon. Cook over low heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Then add Honey to sweeten. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Add Milk to a pot, then stir in Cinnamon and Talbina. Whisk continuously for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove to a bowl and top with Summer Berry Coulis and Tahini.
Variations
Use Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, Pistachio Butter or Cashew Butter in place of Tahini.
Use Maple Syrup or Sugar in place of Honey.
