Acai Berries are known for their deep purple colour and distinctive taste, which is described as a blend of Blackberry and Dark Chocolate. Blending it with Yoghurt, Berries, Bananas, Flax and Milk makes for a delicious and nutrient dense Breakfast.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
Bowl
- 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 3/4 cup frozen Berries
- 1 chopped frozen Banana
- 1tbsp Flaxseed
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 heaped tbsp Acai Berry Powder
Toppings
- Berries
- Nuts or Granola
- Tahini or any Nut Butter
- Maple Syrup or Honey
Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the bowl to a blender and blend till smooth.
Decant to a bowl and add toppings of your choice.
Variations
Add chopped or melted Dark Chocolate.
Add any Fruits of your choice as a topping.
