Serves 4 as a side
Ingredients
1 Broccoli Head, chopped finely
1/2 Red Onion, diced
2 Spring Onions, sliced
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Mixed Seeds
1 tbsp Pomegranate Aerils
3 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lemon, juice only
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together with a spoon.
Variations
- Add chopped Jalapeños.
Add Beetroot. - Add Garlic Powder
Use Lime in place of Lemon. - Add chopped roasted Peanuts instead of the Seeds.
- Add Cranberries or Dates instead of the Raisins.
