Here is a recipe for Chocolate Dates with a wholesome twist. By combining succulent Dates with velvety Chocolate, smooth Peanut Butter and a sprinkling of freeze dried Raspberry Powder from Roohts, we’ve crafted a treat that not only satisfies your sweet tooth but also nourishes your body and soul. Ingredients
- 25 Medjool Dates
- 6 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
- 250 g Milk or Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 tsp Raspberry Powder
Instructions
Use a sharp knife to cut a slit in each Date and remove the pit.
Add 1/2 tsp Peanut Butter to the centre of each Date.
Place the Chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second bursts until fully melted.
Use a toothpick to dip each date into the melted chocolate until completely coated.
Place onto a plate lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with Raspberry Powder.
Place in fridge to allow the Chocolate to set.
Variations
Add Roohts Blueberry Powder instead.
Add chopped Peanuts on top.
Storage
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
