This 2 ingredient Nutella mousse includes a slight kick from Chilli. This light, creamy and decadent dessert comes together in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 500g Double Cream
- 210g Nutella
- Pinch Chilli Powder
Instructions
Pour Double Cream into a large mixing bowl.
Whip until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold Nutella and Chilli into the Cream using a rubber spatula.
Scoop into cups.
Chill covered for 2 hours until set.
Serving Suggestion
Garnish with chopped Hazelnuts and Chocolate Chips.
Tip
Make sure the Nutella is at room temperature. Heat in the microwave for 20 - 30 seconds if it is hard (remove the foil cover).
Storage
The mousse keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
